EDAG has evolved from automating the development of individual electric motor components toward enabling automated concept development for powertrain subsystems such as batteries, electric drives and power electronics. Building on a basis of modular automation workflows, these capabilities are increasingly enriched with advanced AI approaches (e.g. requirements analysis and knowledge extraction from regulatory documents). As these automation modules mature, they progressively evolve into agents able to collaborate across disciplines. The next step is the orchestration of these agents into a cohesive multi‑agent system that can plan, reason, and execute engineering tasks with minimal human intervention. This shift marks a transformation from tool-driven automation to AI‑orchestrated engineering ecosystems.

What you can expect
Beyond the tool. Real impact, measured.
AI is measured in margin, velocity and decisions, not tokens and seats. Frameworks for proving the impact your CFO actually recognises.
Real customer journeys past the pilot phase.
Hear from engineering leaders who have moved beyond proof-of-concept. Their stories cover their challenges and successes, and change management for hybrid human-agent teams.
From zero to agentic in 30 days.
How do you make your department AI-ready-to-scale? The answer is: five engineers, thirty days, one AI assistant. Learn how to restructure your R&D department with a 50% agentic org chart.

Join Synera Connect
We've brought together the engineers, technical leaders and decision-makers who are putting agentic AI for engineering into production, not just talking about it.
We're keeping that principle in 2027: limited onsite seats, senior participants, no anonymous crowds.
A curated room for people with relevance, expertise and the will to act.
Seats are reserved for our customers, partners, speakers and invited guests.
A limited number of additional spots are open to public application, and we review each one to keep the room focused.

Insights from past attendees
It was very interesting to hear from other companies that have already implemented Synera, as we are still in the testing phase. We gained many insights into how we can improve our workflows right now.
Seeing how Synera is growing, with so many new customers and emerging use cases and being able to learn from that was really exciting to experience today. I’d love to come back next year and am really looking forward to it.
