As these automation modules mature, they progressively evolve into agents able to collaborate across disciplines. The next step is the orchestration of these agents into a cohesive multi‑agent system that can plan, reason, and execute engineering tasks with minimal human intervention. This shift marks a transformation from tool-driven automation to AI‑orchestrated engineering ecosystems.
